If you’re trying to lose weight like me and most other women out there check out Calorie Count Plus at http://caloriecount.about.com/. It’s a free website with a calorie counter that will help you keep track of what you shovel into your mouth every day. It’s easy to use, and similar to the Weight Watchers online points counter if you’ve ever used that. I like Weight Watchers’ site, but don’t like paying almost $20 a month to use it. Tracking calories is just as easy with this site. Calorie Count Plus also has lots of other great dieting advice and information.
